When will my order arrive?

All domestic orders are shipped double boxed through USPS 2 day tracked priority. However, due to unforeseen circumstances – international customs delays, weather delays, etc. – we cannot provide you with an exact time that you will receive your pair. Once your order ships, you will receive a notification from us with a tracking number and an estimated delivery date. 

Can I ship to an address other than my billing?

At this time, The Shop FtL will only ship to Paypal verified shipping addresses, as well as billing addresses associated with your payment method. 

Are sneakers and other items from The Shop FtL authentic?

Our sneakers and clothing items are obtained directly from authorized retailers, and are always sold in brand new, unworn condition. We guarantee that the items you will receive are 100% authentic and deadstock. We do not carry any B-grade or grey market products. For proof of authenticity, a copy of the receipt will be provided with your order.

Are my payments secure on your website?

Yes, all payments are processed through PayPal so your information will be protected through the best available resources. 

Do you offer international shipping?

All products are offered for international shipping for $35. If international shipping charges for your order greatly exceed $35, a Paypal invoice will be sent to recoup the extra funds required to ship. 

What is your return policy?

We will offer returns for products that are returned in the same condition as they were sent. Refunds will not be sent until the product being returned has arrived and confirmed to be in the same condition it was sold in. Note that all returns are subject to 15% restocking fee for which no exceptions will be given.
